Pioneer Park Membership Resales
Pioneer Park is a large seasonal campground with over 430 sites. The campground is overseen by a Board of Directors. Gated entry and onsite Management provide a secure environment.

Pioneer Park is a Member owned campground with yearly dues at $1,600.00 for 2025. Included in the yearly dues are water, sewer and garbage bins.
This is a great deal considering your proximity to the greater Dells area and that the competitors charge higher dues. Pioneer Park is everything you've always wanted in a vacations spot at amazingly affordable prices.
Each site has its own electric meter. Meters are read twice a year and billed to the member. Cable TV is available for a reasonable yearly fee. There are two pools, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts available for your enjoyment.
A very busy Activities Committee brings fun events to the park on holiday weekends.
