Pioneer Park is a large complex with hundreds of different sites, and there are always new members coming in! If you are interested in becoming a member and owning your very own site at Pioneer Park, you are in luck because it is very easy!
Since Pioneer Park is member owned, you make an offer to the owner of the site when you have found what you are looking for. If the owner likes your offer, you are ready to join the rested and relaxed at Pioneer Park Camp Resort! Your membership is approved by the Board of Directors, who are members elected by members, and you are free to enjoy the many features of the resort. It is that easy! To own your own wonderful site at Pioneer Park, you first
have to have the interest, so you are on the right road by checking
here. The second step would be to make an appointment to tour the park. Just give us

The membership dues for this year are $880 which covers water,
sewer and real estate taxes. There
are telephone lines
to each site and cable television is also available. Plus
there is the access to the pools, game room, tennis courts, and
