Q:   What is Pioneer Park?    Pioneer Park is a private, member owned campground which mostly consists of "park model" style trailers. We are governed by an elected Board of Directors, one Director from each of our 5 districts.
Q:   Does Pioneer Park offer public camping?    No. Members may reserve one of our guest sites for friends and family for up to 7 days per calendar year.
Q:  Do we pay extra for guests to stay on our site?  No.  Members may have guests stay with them at no additional cost.  Please review the Park rules for details.
Q:   Can I use my site year round?    Yes, but water and sewer service to individual sites is not available from mid October thru mid April. The clubhouse does have year round facilities.
Q:   How do I buy into Pioneer Park?    Contact the Parks’ hosting program. There are currently four hosts who can show you around the property and get you in contact with the sellers.
Q:   What amenities does Pioneer Park offer?    We have three heated swimming pools, sports courts, a clubhouse and a beautiful wooded setting.
Q:   How much does it cost to stay at the Park?  The annual dues are set at $880.00 for the 2010 season. This includes everything except for your electricity and propane. Cable TV and telephone service is also available if desired.
